Mezzanines systems

We design and manufacture complete mezzaninelevels customised to your requirements. The floor of the mezzanine level consists of flooring plywood with a hardwearing anti-slip surface, which is supported by profiled sheet metal. The plywood can also be replaced by chipboard that can be covered with vinyl flooring. If required, open grid floor structures are available. Mezzanine flooring can also be built on existing shelf and pallet racking. Steps, handrails, gates etc. are included and all materials are supplied in easily assembled sections that bolt together. The pallet/box rolls through the racking structure on an inclined track from loading to unloading. This offers unlimited options for handling goods of different weights and sizes. Braked rollers work with planetary gearing, which means that the roll speed is equal regardless of pallet weight. The rollers are also dual-purpose and are used in push-back storage systems.
