"Kammarton Bulgaria" expanded its product range with equipment for bolted joints thanks to the acquisition of the business of the American manufacturer Rapid-Torc from Atlas Copco - "Kammarton" is the Atlas Copco official distributor.
The American company specializes in hydraulic torque wrenches for torques up to 72,000 Newton metres (Nm), but also makes induction bolt heating, hydraulic bolt tensioners and related accessories for applications requiring a high tightening torque/load.
The tools are used in, for example, oil & gas, power plants, ship-building and ship-maintenance, the chemical and petrochemical industries, the plant construction industry and the renewable energy sector.
