Nitrogen Generator COMPAIR CN20033

In the last few years, more and more consumers have decided to switch to a supply of nitrogen from their own source. The ideal solution in this situation is PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology, where nitrogen is extracted from compressed atmospheric air by separating the molecules of nitrogen, oxygen and other gases that make up the ambient air. Separation is carried out using a CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) or a so-called molecular grid, and the device operating on this principle is called a nitrogen generator.
Common Characteristics
The CompAir PSA range of nitrogen generators operate on the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) principle to produce a continuous stream of
nitrogen gas from clean dry compressed air.
Pairs of dual chamber extruded aluminium columns, filled with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS), are joined via an upper and lower manifold to
produce a two bed system. Whilst one bed is online and removing oxygen from the process air the other is regenerated
