Hydraulic Splitting Cylinder Darda C9

The splitting direction and the splitting course can be precisely determined via the control valve on the upper handle.

Robust multi-layer hoses reliably connect the splitting cylinder to the high-pressure hydraulic power unit, which delivers a system pressure of 50 Mpa (500 bar).

The predominant source material and the application requirements determine the splitting insert called the wedge set. This ensures that the best splitting result is always achieved.

Components made of the highest quality aluminum and steel materials guarantee a very long service life even under the hardest conditions. Maintenance work is almost obsolete.

The hard metal layer of the counter wedges enables the transmission of the very high forces and provides long-lasting protection against corrosion, seizure, and wear.

Tool locking system allows quick and easy replacement of the splitting insert on the job site.
Common Characteristics
Splitters are handheld demolition devices, which controllably split material with the use of hydraulic pressure. Above all they convince when larger conventional demolition devices are ruled-out because they produce dust, flying debris, vibration, noise and possibly exhaust fumes.

A complete splitting unit consists of one or more Splitters, high and low pressure hoses and also a hydraulic power unit.

• Enormous splitting force
• Dust free and near silent operation.
• Vibration free.
• Light weight.
• Dimensionally accurate working.
• Controllable at any time.
• Applicable at places of difficult access.
• Easy handling.
