Various options in lifting systems and automatic lathes provide great flexibility in the ideal machine configuration for each customer.
• Perfect for cylindrical, square and rectangular cutting.
• Smoke extraction integrated by the bar passage. Wide range of process diameters (up to 1.200 mm [47”]).
• Automatic opening and closing clamping with servo-motorised tailstock and lifting support steady rests with positioning control according to the material.
SERIE FL
The FL series models are the ideal solution for plasma cutting processes of tubes and profiles. One area of the machine can be enabled for flat cutting and bevelling work.
Technologies
DRILTEC THOR
Drill head configured to work with ISO 50 type cones and with a Spindle power of 30 to 50kW (S1) depending on the configuration. The working powers specified by TECOI are in S1 service conditions, which means that they can maintain these performance levels indefinitely. It can be equipped with a lubrication and cooling system by air and oil micro-mist, or with a high-pressure drill, if necessary. It has a clamping and measuring device for the plate as well as control, detection and guidance systems. 5 position loaders can be selected up to a maximum of 32.
BEVEL ARC
Continuous bevelling by tilting without unnecessary tilting of the torch, avoiding any damage to the internal components. Due to its design and functionality it is not necessary to make loops to recover its position. The system allows for both dry and underwater cutting, and can be adapted to all TECOI models. Extraordinary angle of inclination and great speed: from – 50° to + 50° in 1.2 seconds and maximum free height with the torch lowered, preventing possible impacts or overheating.
IMZ
IMZ Intelligent movement Z – axis system reduces the cutting process time by up to 30%, allowing faster and more accurate positioning of the cutting head on the Z axis. It increases productivity by up to 70% between drillings
SAC
High-speed three-dimensional anti-collision system that provides safety to the torches and ensures correct positioning after uncontrolled collisions to perform straight cutting and bevelling tasks later. The system can be reviewed with an automatic positioning sensor included with the machine.
SPC
Controlled drilling system that allows an increase in plasma and oxyfuel drilling capacity, up to 25% increase in thickness and up to 30% increase in consumable life. Currently, this technology is incorporated as standard in the cutting charts for the selected equipment without the operator having to make any changes.
CISCAD
Cutting software entirely developed by TECOI. Its main characteristic is the ability to apply different cutting qualities according to the job to be done. In this way, it is possible to make holes at different speeds and control the height of the contours, as well as drilling, applying edge and bevel machining in one go, tube and profile cutting, grinding, etc.
CISCAD® is designed to work with different cutting technologies (plasma, oxyfuel and laser),automatically assigning the cutting power required to the tool as the workpiece demands. The advanced software system integrates a virtual control for the automatic gas consoles in the most modern plasma generators.
This software offers very useful features for the execution and monitoring of the work to be carried out, whether in progress or already completed: hour counter, real cutting time, number of ignitions, duration of the nozzles, developable macros, etc.
