Plasma-oxygen CNC cutting machine ECKERT CHROME

CHROME plasma-oxygen CNC cutting machine is new generation device. It is one of few on european market, which is able to meet the latest standards, for example EN 17916 “Safety of thermal cutting machines”. Completely new drive concept allows to achieve unprecedented cutting dynamics. Unique and rigid steel construction allows to achieve extremely smooth positioning parameters also at high speed cutting & complicated cut parts.

Helix 3D Head
An innovative device for precise bevelling and chamfering at sheet and tube cutting processes. An unlimited rotation and angle deflection +/- 52° makes it a versatile cutting tool. The head is equipped with a sensor package that guarantees safety and a flawless cutting process. Maintenance-free gear operation eliminates the cost and time needed to service the support.

Multi Platform Design
Multi platform design ensures possibility of extending machine functionality during its lifetime according to user needs. It is innovative Plug & Play solution. Due to this, you can decide about machine upgrading by adding new supports and torches whenever he needs and also extend his machine, for example by gantry extension for tube & profile cutting, at any moment. There are also more upgrading possibilities. This CNC cutting machine grows with factory development.

Construction
Chrome cutting machine is characterized by solid steel construction with linear railway that ensures high precision and dynamic moves also at complicated contours. Full housing of all movable parts increases safety at work and minimizes thermal influence for machine components and protects against pollution.

i-Vision Controller
The most modern Eckert I-Vision controller is high class industry device equipped with Corning® Gorilla® Glass touchscreen. Efficient components and construction resistant to extreme conditions on production hall ensure reliability of cutting machine work. Rich functionality of proprietary software and intuitive controller interface allow fully use of cutting machine possibilities. Controller located on movable arm ensures unique comfort, safety of operator work, gives the possibility to observe the cut process and controller utilization at same time.

Oxygen Torch
Oxygen torch is solution designed for mild steel up to 150 mm thickness cutting that by achieving perpendicular edges. Torch can be equipped with height sensor, automatic ignition system and possibility of manual angle adjusting as option.

SpeedLift 150 Plasma Support
It allows to use all possibilities of modern plasma torches. Highlight is the unique connection of construction rigidity and suitable drives that help to achieve up to 18 m/min z-axis speed for plasma technology to boost the machine efficiency by maximum position accuracy. Of course Eckert Speedlift support allows using technologies like: Contour Cut®, Contour Cut Speed®, Diameter Pro® and True Hole®.
