The LS-T model is a state-of-the art solid state/fiber laser cutting machine that features a compact and smart design with telescopic fairing with two separate semi-fairings, each equipped with a telescopic opening and closing system.

Independent CUTTING SECTIONS
The cutting area can be divided on two separated cutting sections, through a sliding door in located in the enclosed space formed by two telescopic fairings. This means that productivity can be boosted, plates or sheet metal can be laser cut in one of the two areas protected by the semi-covers and it is possible to load and unload already processed plates or new material in the other area.
LS SERIES
The LS SERIES range of machines has been specially developed for solid-state / fiber laser cutting of plates and sheet metal in medium and large dimensions and thicknesses. The development of innovative technologies, exclusive to TECOI, such as the Ultra DFP® automatic fibre changeover system and the TWIN DISK dual laser head cutting system allow customers to achieve high production capacity and maximum flexibility when handling different work orders. Such options provide an optimal solution for each customer’s production line, delivering a much higher production rate for your company thanks to the large volume of tasks it is able to process, and all this with a significant reduction in operating costs compared to traditional systems.
Technologies
DFP
Faster perforations: two different optical configurations on the same laser cutting head, allowing you to cut both thin and thick plates with the same system, with no need to change the entire configuration. Fullyautomatic, it consists of a double-core fibre to configure power and diameter in the best possible way depending on the thickness of the plate.
BEVEL ARC
Continuous bevelling by tilting without unnecessary tilting of the torch, avoiding any damage to the internal components. Due to its design and functionality it is not necessary to make loops to recover its position. The system allows for both dry and underwater cutting, and can be adapted to all TECOI models. Extraordinary angle of inclination and great speed: from – 50° to + 50° in 1.2 seconds and maximum free height with the torch lowered, preventing possible impacts or overheating.
TWIN DISK
Doubles productivity with a single resonator on the same processing station, reducing operating costs. It allows more than 100% production increase in comparison with the use of a single head. The resonator efficiency is not affected by the implementation of the TWIN DISK system in the gantry. Available for straight cutting and continuous automatic bevelling with no loss of useful cutting width. Installation is possible at any time after the purchase of the machine.
ICE – TEC
Specific system that suppresses the overheating effect produced by cutting small contours on very steep angles in thick plates. Through this technology it is possible to carry out complex works in significant thicknesses obtaining results far above the quality standards.
IMZ
IMZ Intelligent movement Z – axis system reduces the cutting process time by up to 30%, allowing faster and more accurate positioning of the cutting head on the Z axis. It increases productivity by up to 70% between drillings
SAC
High-speed three-dimensional anti-collision system that provides safety to the torches and ensures correct positioning after uncontrolled collisions to perform straight cutting and bevelling tasks later. The system can be reviewed with an automatic positioning sensor included with the machine.
SPC
Controlled drilling system that allows an increase in plasma and oxyfuel drilling capacity, up to 25% increase in thickness and up to 30% increase in consumable life. Currently, this technology is incorporated as standard in the cutting charts for the selected equipment without the operator having to make any changes.
