Functionality:

Three drive rollers
Bending rollers with hydraulic adjustment for pre-independent bendin.

Lateral guide rollers for movement in 3 directions (axial, radial and sub-angle).

Mechanical adjustment.
Equipped with an anti-twist roller.
The position of the rollers is read on a digital display with an accuracy of 0.25m.

Control is carried out remotely via a free-standing control panel.

Combination of horizontal and vertical working position.


Construction
The shafts of the drive rollers are made of alloy steel (Chrome Nickel Molybdenum) surface hardened with a hardness coefficient of 62-64 HRC
The bending rollers have a hardness factor of 60 HRC for greater resistance to wear.

Fully hydraulic drive: the drive roller system consists of three independent hydraulic groups with planetary gears and a hydraulic motor is directly connected for each axis. The hydraulic system has been designed to provide adequate assurance of the rotation speed of the top roller. This compensates for all the peripheral speeds of the lower two rollers in order to ensure smooth and precise bending. On the other hand, the drive parts of the are protected in such a way.

All drive parts require seals that do not require specific maintenance.

The body of the machine is made of a whole steel plate.

The hydraulic elements are installed in the machine body, protected from overload by safety valves.

Check valves on hydraulic cylinders to ensure stability of the position of the rollers under load
Low Voltage Control Panel - Freestanding

Includes: pedals for the direction of travel: forward/backward; buttons for controlling the pressure of the bending rollers, a digital display for reading the position of the roller, an emergency stop button.
