The machine frame is constructed with St-52 quality steel. The production process of whole body is
machined with CNC machining center. This process is the reason for precision surfaces and paralle
lism of all axis. Also, allows for longevity and precision of important parts of the machine.
BEARING GUIDANCE SYSTEM
The rolls are guided with spherical roller bearings. This guidance system requires less lubrication
and assures long-term precision.

During the bending stage, they prevent the slag accumulated on the surface from entering the mac
hine and damaging the bearings due to the structure of the material with the density difference of the

“PSM-42” is a serpentine bending machine designed to bend serpentine for accumulation tanks and
single or double serpentine boilers. This machine is used in hot water supply systems in places such
as villas, factories, and restaurants where there is a need for heat transfer systems.
Nowadays, the serpentine system, which is indispensable for the heat transfer concept, is the most
important formula utilized in the industrial sectors. The serpentine system is defined as the efficient
fulfillment of all kinds of substances in gas and liquid states, which circulate in pipes, the surface of
which is expanded by bending. We provide a solution for our valuable customers with the serpentine
