• Key Advantages of the Model
  Versatility and Power: The series covers a wide range of models – from compact machines with a 40-ton capacity to industrial giants of 1500 tons and lengths up to 10 meters. Tandem configurations are also available for even larger projects.
  Robust Construction: The frame is monolithic for sizes that allow standard transport. Larger models utilize a precisely assembled and bolted structure, ensuring stability under extreme loads.
  Intelligent Control: Machines are equipped with the TALENTO 21" CNC controller, featuring an intuitive graphical interface developed by Warcom to simplify the operator's work and reduce programming time.
• Backgauge System
  Model M3 (Standard): The M3 model is the standard equipment for the FUTURA series and is mounted directly onto the machine frames (side uprights).
  Characteristics: It is a straightforward and reliable device, available in various configurations to meet specific customer needs.
  Technical Parameters: * X-axis Stroke: 600 mm (for standard models from 40 to 1000 tons).
  R-axis Stroke: 150 mm (for lighter models up to 160 tons), reaching up to 200–250 mm for heavier models.
  Integration: Controlled via the TALENTO 21" software interface, allowing for easy and intuitive adjustments.
  Additional Options: The machine can be equipped with other specialized positioning components, such as motorized photocells or laser systems for bending line tracking.
  Note: Warcom also offers other series (M6, M6W with X1-X2-R1-R2-Z1-Z2 axes) with different stroke capacities and axis counts, but the M3 is specifically optimized for the FUTURA series.
• Precision Anti-Deflection System (Crowning)
  Intelligent DCS PLUS System
  The key to perfect results with the FUTURA is the patented DCS PLUS (Dynamic Crowning System). It operates in a "closed-loop" to guarantee a uniform bending angle across the entire length of the workpiece:
  Sensor Precision: Special sensors in the upper and lower beams detect even the slightest structural deformations under pressure in real-time.
  Dynamic Correction: The CNC controller immediately activates independent hydraulic cylinders that compensate for deviations, keeping the beams perfectly parallel.
  Autonomous Construction: The "sandwich-type" lower beam is independent of the main frame, allowing the system to react flexibly to material specifics without operator intervention.
