Pallet strapper TP-800

Ergonomic pallet wrapping system with polypropylene PP or polyester PET strap with electric drive. Wrapping without bending, convenient and comfortable, the operator's body is always in an upright position with an ideal working height. A pallet can be wrapped easily and quickly by one person from only one side. Wrapping can be done lengthwise and crosswise of the pallet. The required distance between the pallet and the floor is only 8 cm (pallet clearance).

The mechanism feeding the strap around the pallet is driven by a joystick.

The mobile strapping system uses innovative chain technology to feed the strapping strap. A chain passes the strap through the bottom of the packaged goods and around the goods and feeds it to the operator. The operator only needs to grab the strap and place it in the strapping tool to perform automatic sealing. This system is designed based on ergonomics, without bending to pass the strap, reduces operator fatigue, saves operations.
