Special processes:
vision.ARC2 - arc control software function, to achieve a more perfect and stable arc, along with superior correction in pulse control. ARC2 allows the control of the power source to work in a very precise and fast way, ensuring a constant arc and ideal droplet separation, especially in pulsed MIG/MAG welding and double pulse.
VISION.PULSE – allows pulse welding with a short arc, which is constantly adjusted by optimizing the results of traditional pulse welding. This allows reducing the high heat input characteristic of pulse welding, reducing deformations, improving the stability of the weld pool and significantly increasing the welding speed.
DUAL PULSE – double pulse, which favors a further reduction in heat input in the processed material, reducing its deformation. The end result is first-class quality and an aesthetically pleasing appearance of the seam. Double pulse is extremely useful especially when welding aluminum and stainless steel.
BURN BACK CONTROL - at the end of each weld, in all conditions and metal, the digital control ensures perfect "cutting" of the wire, thus avoiding the formation of the typical weld bead and thus ensuring the best subsequent ignition of the arc.
