Powerful and at the same time the size of a wire feeder, easy and convenient to carry.
Common Characteristics
MOBILE 206 PULSE XV is an innovative, multiproces inverter power source of the latest generation. It has high-quality welding characteristics when welding structural steels, stainless steels and aluminum.
It is suitable for use in both production and repairwork.
Supports welding methods:
• MIG/MAG
• MIG pulse
• MIG double pulse
• MMA
• TIG Lift (with contact arc ignition)
Advantages of MOBILE 206 PULSE XV:
• Digital control with synergic curves for controlling the required parameters, previously depending on the type of material, gas and wire used.
• X Vision LCD display for control with encoders "TWO CLICK KNOB".
• Easy selection and recall of synergic curves and welding programs
.
• Built-in module for changing the polarity during welding, with self-protective bodies without gas
.
• Protective cover on the control panel
• Works with 300 mm diameter rolls.
• Professional four-roller wire feed mechanism, with a roll diameter of 37 mm.
• “Energy saving” function for operating the cooling fan of the power source only when necessary.
• Crater start and end control.
• Possibility of using Up/Down and Digitorch torches with display
• Possibility of upgrading with a water cooler and a trolley.
• Possibility of partial or complete locking of the equipment with a password access key.
• LED light in the bodywork compartment.
Built-in evaluated welding functions:
• vision.ARC2 - arc control software function, to achieve a more perfect and stable arc, along with superior correction in pulse control. ARC2 allows the power source control to work in a very precise and fast way, ensuring a constant arc and perfect droplet separation, especially in pulsed MIG/MAG welding and double pulse.
•VISION.PULSE – allows pulse welding with a short arc, which is constantly adjusted by optimizing the result of traditional pulse welding. This allows for a reduction in the high heating characteristic of pulse welding, reduction of deformations, improvement of the stability of the weld pool and a significant increase in welding speed.
• DUAL PULSE – double pulse, which favors a further reduction in heat input in the processing of the material, by reducing its deformation. The end result is first-class quality and an aesthetically pleasing appearance of the seam. Double pulse is extremely useful especially when welding aluminum and stainless steel.
• vision.COLD – innovative MIG/MAG low-heat deposition process developed by CEA for welding thin-gauge materials, coated materials and for brazing in all welding positions.
• vision.ULTRASPEED – innovative MIG/MAG process developed by CEA for welding steel and non-ferrous metals thanks to the greater arc concentration, allowing a significant increase in welding speed. vision.ULTRASPEED allows replacing MIG/MAG with short arc and mixed arc with a significant increase in productivity and reduction in deformations.
