Profile bending machine 307 HV from the Italian manufacturer Comac s. r. l. will be used for bending square metal profiles with dimensions 100 x 100 x 4 mm with a bending radius of 4000 - 5000 mm. The machine's equipment includes a programmable P2 controller, a set of lateral guide rolls for exact outer diameters from Ø 17.2 to Ø 139.7 mm and a roll for "Canadian bending" of profiles. The machine improves the bending results by further deforming the inside of the profiles.
The delivery, the installation, the tests and the training for operating were completed in two working days.
