  • Direct Transmission and Motors
    A revolutionary direct-drive system using Torque motors coupled directly to high-load precision ball screws. This configuration eliminates the need for transmission components, making the machine exceptionally reliable, quiet, and energy-efficient.
  • Construction and Precision
    Sliding System: The upper beam moves on dual roller bearings made of hardened and ground steel.
    Optical Scales: Mounted directly on the frame to eliminate deformation errors, ensuring an upper beam positioning accuracy of +/- 0.005 mm — twice as high as traditional hydraulic presses.
    CNC Control – TALENTO: Equipped with a 21-inch multi-touch screen. The software is developed by Warcom to be highly intuitive and user-friendly for the operator.
  • Backgauge System
    The M1 backgauge, specifically designed for LOGICA, is fast, accurate, and high-performing—perfect for the machine's compact configurations.
    Controlled Axes: The system can manage the following axes: X-R-Z1-Z2-X5-X6.
    Note: Warcom also offers other series (M3, M6, M6W) with various stroke options and axis counts, but the M1 is specifically optimized for the LOGICA series.
  • Angle Measurement Systems (Options)
    DATA-M: A laser system guaranteeing a precise angle from the very first part by compensating for material variations.
    BCS (Bending Control System): Measures the actual angle in real-time during the bending process.
  • Tool Clamping
    Supports Wila (manual or pneumatic) and Promecam / European standards, providing flexibility and rapid tooling changeovers.
    Safety: Integrated LazerSafe systems, including the IRIS-FAST BEND option for high-speed operation (up to 20 mm/s) in full compliance with CE regulations.
